Bait & SwitchSales Rep Vanished1-Year Contract
I had a similar experience as a lot of the people who have written reviews. We were verbally assured prior to signing on that if the system did not work after a few months that we could cancel and not be billed anymore. We have a remodeling business and figured it would be good to remarket our previous happy clients. We gave it several months to work, but it just doesn't convert for our type of business over the short term. We went back to our original sales rep to cancel and were shown a contract we signed for one year and said that we had to continue to pay the remaining year out. Our sales rep was nowhere to be found and our account rep said we had to pay it out. They said they would pull the call to confirm, but never got back to us. We are extremely dissappointed that this is the way this company handles business. Very much a bait and switch tactic and the process of them getting you to sign a contract for a year (when you know if the system is working within a few months) is a very poor business model. There are also much cheaper options out there that do what their system supposedly does.
