Review Policy
Eligibility
Submissions must describe your own firsthand experience, or an experience you are authorized to describe on behalf of your company. Submissions from people with no direct experience are not published.
Positive and negative reviews are accepted equally
Positive, neutral, and negative submissions are accepted and moderated under the same rules. Submissions are never rejected, delayed, or removed because of their sentiment. Note separately that the archived Google excerpts on this site were selected specifically because they are critical; that selection is disclosed on every page.
Attribution and sourcing
- Every republished review names its author and source platform.
- Reviews are labeled either "Public-platform review excerpt" or "Submitted directly to this archive". These labels are never interchanged.
- Star ratings shown are the ratings displayed by the source, and dates are reproduced as the source displayed them.
Moderation
- Every direct submission is reviewed manually before publication.
- Submissions are declined if they impersonate someone, contain confidential or personal data about third parties, contain threats or harassment, or appear to be automated or duplicated.
- Submissions are not materially rewritten. Formatting and obvious typos in the submitter's own contact details may be corrected; the substance of a review is not edited without the author's approval.
No incentives
Clicki does not offer money, discounts, gifts, services, or any other incentive in exchange for a review or for a particular sentiment.
Publication license
By submitting a review you grant this archive a nonexclusive license to publish, display, and excerpt your submission under this policy. You keep ownership of your words.
Conflicts of interest
Submitters must disclose any employment, competitive, family, or financial relationship relevant to their review. Disclosed relationships are published alongside the review.
Corrections, responses, and removal
Reviewers may request correction or removal of their own submission. Companies discussed on this site may submit a response or a factual correction through the Corrections & Responses page. Corrections are dated and logged.
