This site is owned and operated by Clicki, Inc.. This page describes the data the site collects and how it is handled.
Data collected when you submit a review
- Full name — published with your review as its attribution.
- Email address — used to contact you about your submission, for example to verify or clarify it. Not published on the site.
- Phone number (optional) — used only if you provide it, for the same verification purpose. Not published on the site.
- Company (optional) — published with your review if provided.
- Rating, title, and review text — published if the review is approved.
- Relationship, service dates, and conflict disclosures — used for moderation, and published in summarized form so readers can judge context.
- Browser user-agent string — stored with the submission to help detect automated or duplicate submissions.
Data collected when you mark a review helpful
A non-identifying browser fingerprint and the browser user-agent string are stored so a single browser is not counted repeatedly. No name, email, or account is involved.
Who processes this data
Submissions are stored in a managed database and the site is served by the hosting platform used by Clicki for this project. Those providers process the data on Clicki's behalf as part of hosting the site. Clicki does not sell this data.
Security and access
Contact details submitted through the review form are not readable by site visitors: the public database policy allows inserts only, and reading submissions requires privileged access held by Clicki staff who handle moderation.
Retention
Published reviews and their submission records are kept for as long as the review remains published. Submissions that are not published are kept for up to 24 months for moderation and abuse-prevention purposes, then deleted on request or during routine cleanup.
Marketing
Contact details submitted with a review are used for moderation and verification correspondence about that submission. Clicki does not add submitters to marketing lists on the basis of a review submission.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not set advertising cookies and does not run a third-party analytics tracker. Standard server request logs may be generated by the hosting platform.
Access, correction, and deletion
Email kendall@joinclicki.com to request a copy of the data associated with your submission, a correction, or deletion. Requests are handled by a person, normally within 30 days.
