> Also so everyone knows… they ask you to write a review BEFORE you use the system/service.. I was asked on the phone my 2nd call. Had a death in my family and my business SHUT DOWN and they refused to let me even pause my account, then sent me to collections after my payment didn't go through, even though my business account was shut down. Never even got a chance to use the service at all, and asked to cancel immediately and was told absolutely not.
