The service provided almost no value to my company. Which otherwise, wouldn't have been a problem, we go our separate ways. But now they're threatening me with collections because I want to cancel. They put me in a 12 month contract, which I explicitly said I wouldn't sign up with a 12 month contract. They said, "oh well if you aren't happy we will let you out of the contract". Well, that was a lie, a they conveniently lost the recording of them saying that in the zoom meeting. Anyone who has a service that's business facing, if it's worthwhile, doesn't require a contract if they're with having. That was my mistake. I should have never signed.
