However the only way to get in contact with someone with the company is to leave a bad review in hopes they will reach out to resolve and issue. I signed my company up in April of 2025 (after a pretty pushy sales process) thinking it would be a productive way to bring referral type of business in. However we missed our onboarding call- thinking no sweat we tried to set another appointment and get it back on track this week. I was unable to ever hear back from their onboarding specialist. Time went and we lost track at the end of our three month contract we asked for our contract to be ended. We paid our $900 contract thinking we fulfilled our obligation. But was un able to get ahold of anyone until august, only because we left our first 1 star review. Only then we had Howell reach out and he explained to me that they had some bad hires at the time and we fell through the cracks. Upon talking with Howell we explained that we would consider using the software but we wanted a refund of our $1500 then we could pick back up with and talk about onboarding. Howell and I had a very signifiant misunderstanding and his "refund" was just giving us 3 months for free to offset the services we had never originally received then continued to charge our card they had on file 12/1/2025.
