This has been, without question, one of the worst experiences I've had with a service company. Their customer service is extremely poor, and there is a complete lack of support. Over the course of an entire year, there was virtually no help or guidance provided. I may have spoken with one person who acknowledged they had made bad hires and had the wrong people in place, but even then, nothing meaningful ever changed. The most frustrating part was being automatically renewed for another year without any clear notice. When I tried to cancel, it was obvious they simply did not care. There was no effort to resolve the situation or take responsibility. Overall, this company does not prioritize its clients at all. Based on my experience, I would never trust them and would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
