This page explains exactly how the content on this site is produced, by whom, and with what limitations.

## Who produces this content

All editorial content is written and published by Clicki, Inc., a direct competitor of ReferPro. Clicki is also ranked in its own software comparison page. Nothing on this site is independent, neutral, or third-party verified.

## How reviews are selected

-   The archive intentionally collects critical (1-star) public reviews about ReferPro. It is not a representative sample.
-   Excerpts were collected from ReferPro's public Google review listing, accessed on 2026-08-19.
-   Reviews submitted directly to this archive are labeled "Submitted directly to this archive" and are never presented as Google reviews.

## How reviews are reproduced

-   Reviewer text is reproduced verbatim, preserving the author's original spelling and punctuation. Line breaks are preserved as formatting only.
-   The star rating shown is the rating displayed by the source platform.
-   Where Google displayed only relative wording such as "a month ago", that original wording is shown with the access date. Exact dates are never inferred from relative labels.
-   Where an individual review permalink is not available, the source link opens ReferPro's Google review listing and the page says so explicitly. A generic listing link is not treated as verification.

## How topic labels and counts are produced

-   Topic labels ("Billing concern", "Cancellation concern", and similar) are applied by Clicki to describe the subject matter of a review. They are not findings of fact and never characterize conduct as criminal or dishonest.
-   Every reported theme lists the specific archived reviews that support it, and the count shown is computed from that list.
-   The displayed average rating is computed from the reviews actually shown in the archive, and is labeled as such.

## How the software comparison is produced

-   Clicki chooses which products appear and how they are ranked.
-   Product descriptions are drawn from each vendor's public marketing pages; each vendor's website is linked so readers can check the wording directly.
-   Clicki has not independently benchmarked or lab-tested the competing products. Statements not confirmed from public materials are marked as not confirmed rather than stated as an absence of a feature.
-   Vendors may request a factual correction at any time through the Corrections & Responses page.

## Known limitations

-   Exact original publication dates for the Google excerpts are unavailable.
-   Individual review permalinks are unavailable for the Google excerpts.
-   Clicki has not verified the identity of Google reviewers.
-   Clicki has not adjudicated any reviewer allegation.
